Hi, I'm Kate Bloom, an instructional designer with over 10 years of experience creating impactful learning solutions across multiple industries. I love what I do, and I have a true passion for approaching projects with a consultative approach first. My goal is to conduct a needs analysis up front so that I can get to the root of what is going on and suggest solutions that will best address the business challenge or goal at hand. These solutions may be a mix of learning and non-learning solutions. ​

 

Once a learning solution is determined the correct path to achieve the business goal or address the business challenge, I then put on my instructional design hat. I specialize in story design. I believe learning is most effective when it's engaging, memorable, and immersive. Whether it's through scenario-based learning, interactive storytelling, or real-world application, I create experience that truly resonate with learners. We want our learners walking away from training with tangible skills they can put into action right away. 

 

​I am experienced in creating e-learning, virtual courses, in-person learning design, videos, voice over, infographics, interactive scenarios, games, and more. Whether the goal is to upskill teams, improve performance, or drive business success, I design solutions that are not just effective but also enjoyable.
